Net Promoter Score

Net Promoter or Net Promoter Score is a management tool that can be used to gauge the loyalty of a firm’s customer relationships. It serves as an alternative to traditional customer satisfaction research and is claimed to be correlated with revenue growth.  Net Promoter Score ranges from -100 to 100 by asking clients a simple question, “On a scale of 0-10, how likely are you to refer TSI Healthcare to a colleague?”

Federal Policy Success

Each year, providers must submit reports attesting that they have successfully met government regulations for use of an Electronic Health Record (EHR). The attestation program is called the Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) and was created by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). In order to be considered an exceptional performer for MIPS, providers must obtain a score of more than 70.
