Meet the Board of Directors

David M. Dickson, Jr., Chairman
Mr. Dickson has been the President and CEO of TSI Healthcare since founding the company in 1996. For 14 years prior, he served as Vice President of Customer Relations at DataFlow Companies. Mr. Dickson graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a regularly featured speaker at regional and national conferences on matters regarding technology and healthcare.

Phillip M. Boiselle, MD
Dr. Boiselle is a founding member of TSI's Board of Directors. Dr. Boiselle completed his undergraduate studies at UNC Chapel Hill, where he graduated summa cum laude, and received his medical degree from Duke University. After completing residency and fellowship at Yale University, he served as Assistant Professor of Radiology at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia. He is an internationally published author and is currently Chief of Thoracic Imaging at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. Dr. Boiselle is also an Associate Professor of Radiology at The Harvard University School of Medicine.

S. Keith Hart, MBA
Mr. Hart is a founding member of TSI's Board of Directors. He is a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill and received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. He is the former Chief Operating Officer of Vanguard Furniture Industries and is currently Vice President of Operations at King Furniture in Hickory, NC.

Stanley C. Morris, Esquire
Mr. Morris completed his undergraduate studies at UNC Chapel Hill and received his JD from Washington and Lee University in Virginia. Mr. Morris was formerly an in-house prosecutor for the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) and is now a managing partner of a successful private practice in Los Angeles, CA.

Michael J. DiMattina, MD
Dr. DiMattina is a world renowned physician specializing in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. He is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, as well as Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, and has been widely published in his areas of expertise. Dr. DiMattina is the director of a successful private practice in Washington, DC, where he also serves as an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Georgetown University Hospital.
